EXECUTIVE ASSOCIATE

The Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), a think-tank of global repute in Dhaka, will recruit an Executive Associate to provide administrative and project-related support to a senior staff. This is a key position at CPD.

Candidate with a dynamic and amiable personality, having a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (minimum CGPA of 3.5) from a reputed university, may apply. S/he must be adept in Bangla and English (both speaking and writing) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The candidate must be proficient in typing (Bangla and English) as well as in operating MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and E-mail (Microsoft Outlook) and calendar management.

Candidate has to support project development and management; manage databases and office correspondence; plan, organise and report on administrative issues; coordinate overseas travel; develop social media content such as for LinkedIn; provide interpretation as required; and deal with high-level national and international officials. Relevant professional experience will be an advantage.

Candidate must be ready to work under tight deadlines. Should be a congenial team player capable of developing and cultivating relevant networks, displaying learning ability, and being supportive of knowledge sharing.

The successful candidate will be offered a gross salary starting from Taka 61,600 per month, along with other admissible benefits. The compensation package will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
