The Sexual Harassment of Industrial Workers
Strategies for Intervention in the Workplace and Beyond
The paper seeks to understand the main parameters through which women workers conceptualise and experiences of harassment. A major objective of this study is to assess the impact of sexual harassment on the work environment, on productivity, and workers’ attitudes and responses to their work. Finally, it is designed to formulate strategies in combating sexual harassment.
