Mr Foqoruddin Al Kabir is currently working as a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for Policy Dialogue. Mr Kabir has undertaken research programme for United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF), British Council, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), European Union (EU), Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), and Overseas Development Institute (ODI), UK. His areas of research interests are Macroeconomics, Climate Change, Environmental Economics, Energy Economics, Monetary Economics, and Financial Economics with theoretical application and development. He is also skilled in qualitative and quantitative research, policy research, policy development, and idea generation.  Previously, Mr Kabir worked as a research assistant and teaching assistant at the Department of Economics, North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
