Maisha Sadia is working as a Programme Associate at the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD). Her responsibilities include documentation of publications, articles and different kinds of write-ups . Also, she is assigned to conduct communication with high-level national and international professionals. Furthermore, along with managing foreign travels, she broadly provides other administrative and logistical support.

Before joining CPD she worked as an Administrative Officer at Mediation Group and as a Translator and Editor at Panjeree Publications Ltd. Maisha Sadia has completed her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from East West University.
