Sarara Jafrin is currently working as a Programme Associate at the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD). She graduated as valedictorian with a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Dhaka. Currently pursuing an MSS in Economics from the same institution, her interests encompass development economics, international economics, gender analysis, and environmental economics. At CPD, Sarara actively engages in research and policy discussions on these topics, driven by her passion for understanding economic dynamics and their societal impacts. Her commitment to her field and ongoing pursuit of knowledge make her a valuable contributor to economic development initiatives.
