Ms Maliha Rahman is a Programme Associate at the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), where she previously completed her internship. She brings a diverse professional background, having worked in sales development at Rego Ranger, translation at icddr,b, and as a singer, programme host, and actress in TV media.

She has research experience in labour and employment, the capital market, LDCs, analysing the effects of unemployment on marriage rates, as well as the dynamics of unemployment and labour force participation in the United States. Ms Maliha holds a BSS in Economics from BRAC University. Her expertise includes quantitative analysis, econometric modelling, and Java programming.
