Ms Sanjana Khondaker is a Research Associate at the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD). She specialises in econometrics and applied economic analysis, with research spanning economic growth, government policy, labor productivity, behavioral economics and inequality. Prior to joining CPD, she worked as a Lead Financial Analyst at InsideMaps Inc., where she developed expertise in data-driven financial reporting and process optimisation. Ms Sanjana holds an MSc in Applied Economics from BRAC University, graduating with highest distinction and receiving the Vice Chancellor’s Gold Medal. She has authored a published article highlighting the relationship of climate change and inflation in developing nations.
