Md. Sarwar Jahan is the Deputy Director (Web) at the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD). He leads CPD’s web strategy, overseeing the design and management of both official and project-specific websites, optimizing content for SEO, and ensuring seamless, user-friendly digital experiences. He also plays a key role in producing audio-visual and graphic content, managing timely publication across all digital platforms, and livestreaming official events.

Prior to joining CPD, he served as a Web Consultant at Concern Worldwide and as IT In-charge at Sarah Composite Mills Ltd., gaining extensive experience in web development, IT support.

Sarwar completed his MBA from United International University in Dhaka and holds a BSc. (Honors) in Computing and Information Systems from London Metropolitan University (Campus: Daffodil Institute of Information Technology, Dhaka).
