Mr S. M. Khalid is a Senior Dialogue and Communication Associate at the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), working on strategic communication, policy dialogue, public diplomacy and stakeholder engagement. He has experience coordinating high-level policy dialogues and public engagement initiatives and engaging with government institutions, parliamentarians, diplomatic missions, development partners, academia, civil society and the media.

At CPD, he has contributed to initiatives on governance, public financial management, economic reform, climate resilience and inclusive development. His professional interests include strategic communication, media relations, public affairs and communicating complex policy issues to diverse audiences. He holds MSc and BSc degrees in Economics from Jahangirnagar University.
