Ms Tarannum Jinan Deputy Director at CPD, brings over eight years of experience in networking, partnership building, and stakeholder engagement. She serves as the Network Focal Point at the Citizen’s Platform. She specialises in policy advocacy, stakeholder mobilisation, programme proposal development, partnership expansion, project support, and organising stakeholder engagements. As a Network Focal Point, she is responsible for maintaining close collaboration with more than 100 partner organisations of the Citizen’s Platform from across the country. Besides, her responsibilities include mobilising stakeholders, support in developing programme proposals and implementation of pogrammes, partnership expansion, project support and organisation of stakeholder engagements. She started working at Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) as an administrative professional in 2015. She was also responsible for the Secretariat of Southern Voice – a global network of 50 think tanks from Africa, Asia and Latin America, where she was responsible for ensuring smooth implementation of the network’s concurrent activities by providing network assistance in research, implementation and monitoring. She has experience in organising national and global level conferences and dialogues. Ms Jinan has a Master’s and Bachelor’s in English Literature and Cultural Studies from Jahangirnagar University and was a Fellow of the Young Leaders Neighbourhood-First Fellowship Programme (YLNF) at the Government of India.
