Dr Debapriya Bhattacharya, Distinguished Fellow, CPD, recently provided his insights on Bangladesh’s socio-political history and prevailing economic and market forces. His deliberation was made at a meeting with the Harvard Business School (HBS) Alumni. He delivered an engaging presentation and contributed to the discussion that facilitated the participants to have a better understanding of the above mentioned topics.
The meeting was held during the HSB Alumni’s recent visit to Bangladesh. Dr Gowher Rizvi, Prime Minister’s International Affairs Adviser, and Ambassador Farooq Sobhan were also present at the meeting.
The HBS Alumni’s visit to Bangladesh was organised by H E Mr Munir M Merali, Member of HBS’s Regional Advisory Board and Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN)’s Resident Diplomatic Representative. The programme was developed in collaboration with HBS’s Research Regional Centre in Mumbai, Harvard Club of India and Harvard Alumni Association.
