A 12-member team of MBA students from International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Switzerland visited CPD on 19 November 2012. The team was led by Dr Jean-Pierre Lehmann, Emeritus Professor of International Political Economy and Founder of the Evian Group at IMD. On this occasion, CPD organised a discussion on The Challenges of Inclusive Growth & the Prospects of Bangladeshi Society at its office. Dr Khondaker Golam Moazzem, Senior Research Fellow, CPD made a presentation on the subject which was followed by a lively question and answer session. CPD invited young professionals from Bangladesh who shared their views on the issues raised in the presentation with the visiting MBA students. They included Mr Tabith Mohammed Awal, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Multimode Group; Mr Asif Aftab, Managing Director, International Office Equipment (IOE); and Mr Korvi Rakshand, Founder, JAAGO Foundation. Mid and junior level CPD researchers also participated in the discussion.
