Nishat Tasnim Nishu is working as a Programme Associate at the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD). Her responsibilities include programme management and monitoring, assisting in resource mobilization efforts, office coordination, and maintaining communication with high-level national and international professionals.

Previously, she worked at CPD as a Surveyor for the Doing Good Index 2026, an international research project by the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society (CAPS), Hong Kong, and also contributed to CPD’s flagship initiative, the Independent Review of Bangladesh’s Development (IRBD).

Nishat holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Development Studies from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). She has research experience in gender-sensitive urban mobility and policy analysis. Her expertise includes data collection, qualitative analysis and programme coordination.
