CPD regularly monitors and assesses the state of the Bangladesh economy. As the previous years, in 2022, CPD analysed the proposals made in the national budget and its implications on various sectors. CPD also objectively analysed the emerging economic challenges caused due to Russia-Ukraine War, high prices and inflationary pressure, exchange rate fluctuations, fuel price hike and fiscal implications.
