On 21 July 2020, the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) organised a virtual brainstorming session on the topic of decent employment, under the CPD-UNDEF project titled, Advancing Responsiveness and Accountability through Citizen Engagement in Bangladesh.
Experts in the field like Dr Zahid Hussain, Former Lead Economist, The World Bank; Dr Nazneen Ahmed, Senior Research Fellow, Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies; Mr Sanjeeb Drong, General Secretary, Bangladesh Adivasi Forum; Dr A K Enamul Haque, Professor, Department of Economics, East West University and Director and Member, Economic Research Group; Dr Sayema H Bidisha, Professor, Department of Economics, University of Dhaka and Mr Korvi Rakshand, Founder, JAAGO Foundation joined the session and shared their insights on the topic.
