Report a Concern
The Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct in all its activities.
If you are aware of any actual or suspected misconduct, fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, harassment, discrimination, safeguarding concern, misuse of resources, or any violation of CPD policies, you are encouraged to report it through this platform.
Confidentiality and Protection
CPD treats all reports seriously and confidentially. Individuals who report concerns in good faith will be protected from retaliation, discrimination, or any adverse consequences.
False or Malicious Allegations
Individuals who knowingly submit false, malicious, or reckless allegations may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.

Please complete the online reporting form and provide as much information as possible, including:
- Description of the concern
- Date and location of the incident (if known)
- Person(s) involved (if known)
- Supporting documents or evidence (if available).
